(a journey of 1000 miles will always start with the first step) We currently have 120 men and ladies just like you actively taking part in our fitness challenge all of various different fitness abilities. regardless of your age, shape or size or your current fitness level. All workouts and exercise programs, even within a group environment can be modified and adapted to personally suit your current fitness level and ability.


We Run 22 personal group training sessions throughout the week starting at 6am going through to 9pm. We decided NOT to put a limit on the Number of Sessions that you can attend because we want to make this 90-day program super accessible and totally flexible. This will massively help to accelerate your progression and ensure that you achieve maximum results.
